Why did the prices increase?
Rising operational costs necessitated an increase in our Fastpass prices. This is the first time 7 Flags has had a price increase on the Unlimited Plans since its introduction 11 years ago.
I have been a 7 Flags Customer for years, will I be grandfathered in?
The price increase is universal for all customers.
Will my billing date and plan remain the same?
Yes, unless you make changes with your plan with a team member at a location, your billing date and wash plan will remain the same.

What should I do if I am canceling a pass for a vehicle that I no longer own?
You may transfer your membership to your new vehicle by visiting any 7 Flags Car Wash tunnel locations.
Will I get a refund after canceling my monthly unlimited pass?
No, you will not receive a refund after canceling. Your pass will remain valid until your next recharge date, and you may continue to wash during that time.
How do I reactivate my unlimited pass in the future?
Leave your barcode sticker on your windshield. When you are ready to reactivate your account simply drive to any 7 Flags Car Wash tunnel locations, they will swipe your credit card and reactivate your account.
